If, for some reason, you need to return an item for refund or exchange, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE via Email at info@clumen.com BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM.

You will be given a Return Authorization Number that must go on the outside of the carton of the item being returned and at this time you will be given an address to ship the item back to.

NOTE: Items returned without Return Authorization Number will NOT get to their intended destination making issuance of credit impossible. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive in. There is a restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
